- Four Storied Administrative building for Kottayam Bhadrasanam.
- A suburban residential project ” Vellapally Meadows ” at Kottayam
- Sabari Highway Project proposed to Govt. of Kerala
- Was pre-qualified for the 163 M.W. Athirappilly Hydel Project..
